When using the Breast Cancer Rehabilitation &Wellness Constellation Google Group and Registers you will be exposed to postings from a variety of sources and that neither the website administrator or google group administrator nor the Google group and register participants are responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, reliability or intellectual property rights of or relating to the postings. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Postings that are inaccurate, offensive, defamatory, indecent or objectionable and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against the  Google group Administrator or any of the Google group or Register  participants  with respect thereto. Users can alert the Administrator of concerns regarding inaccurate, offensive, defamatory, indecent or objectionable posts.

Your participation in Breast Cancer Rehabilitation &Wellness Constellation activities must abide by the Privacy Laws of your country and Australia. Privacy and confidentiality of shared information must be held in high regard. Copyright is also held in high regard - only share information you have permission to share, for example:

• links to abstracts are OK but a copy of abstract is not OK unless permission is given by the author or publisher.

• posted photos must have appropriate permission  to be posted. Copy, download and use of this photo must only be done with permission of the photo owner.

Accuracy of Postings at the Registers is the responsibility of the person or agency posting. You will be expected to check your information accuracy each year by June 30th.Enquires to a Host provider and Training provider are the responsibility of requesting person. The Host provider and Training provider are responsible for all communications and negotiations with the requesting person.

Neither the Breast Cancer Rehabilitation &Wellness Constellation administrator nor any of the Register and google group participants endorse any User Postings or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein.

Neither the Breast Cancer Rehabilitation &Wellness Constellation administrator nor any of the Breast Cancer Rehabilitation &Wellness Constellation Participants have any obligation to monitor any User Postings or any other user communications through the Site.

However, the Breast Cancer Rehabilitation &Wellness Constellation administrator reserves the right to review User Postings and to exercise sole discretion to edit or remove, in whole or in part, any User Posting at any time and for any reason, or to allow the Breast Cancer Rehabilitation &Wellness Constellation Participants to do so.

Agreement

By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:
